Our first year without Anthony "Boobie" Padilla

Sunday Feb 21, 2010 we lost our friend Anthony. I'm doing this post because today marks his one year death anniversay. I don't have alot to say but I love and miss you Boobie it seems like an eternity without you here, where ever you are just know you are forever in our hearts.

Remembering Roderick Anthony Burton ll 11/25/87 - 5/18/09

Roderick Anthony Burton ll A.K.A Dolla was born in  Chicago November 25, 1987 but was raised in Los Angeles and Georgia. In the 2000's he came on to the music scene with his two cousins Scrappy a.k.a Scrapp DeLeon, and Sas who formed a group called Da Razkalz Cru they signed with Elektra Records but was later dropped. In 2007 Dolla's single "Who the fuck is that" was released under Akon's Konvict Muzik label, it reached #82 on the Billboard hot 100, he also released two other singles titled "I'm fucked up" in the summer of 2008 and "Make a toast" the fall of 2008. Dolla's  dad passed away when Dolla was just five years old. He was raised in a single parent home with his two sisters Divinity, and Sade. Family and friends says Dolla was a big hearted person, loving, and caring. He released four mixtapes "Anotha Day Anotha Dolla", "A Dolla And a Dream", "Sextapes: The art of seduction", and his final mixtape "The Miseducation Of Dolla". Dolla's Legacy will live on through family, friends, and fans. more,  will always remember him and his music . #LongLiveDOLLA
